Arquilla Solutions is a full-service marketing agency for service businesses, based in Central Virginia and working with clients across the US and internationally.
It started as a favor and turned into a company.
Sebastian ran an online store and a service business before any of this, both his own. So the month where the leads dry up and the phone goes quiet is not an abstraction here. It is something we have personally had.
The first clients were friends with businesses. They gave us a shot and we did the work for free. When their numbers actually moved it stopped feeling like a favor and started looking like a company, so we built the systems, the process and the team to do it properly.
Today we run ads, SEO, websites and follow-up systems for service businesses, from electricians and contractors to storefront businesses. And the person who sells you the work is still the person who runs it.

Your accounts are yours, from day one
The ad accounts, the Google profile, the domain and the customer list are all in your name from the start. Your custom website becomes yours once the build is paid off. Holding a client's accounts hostage is the oldest trick in this industry and we do not play it.
A plan made for you, not a package
We learn your business before we quote anything, and we only build what will actually move your number. You never pay for something you do not need.
We tell you when you need less than you asked for
It has cost us work and it will again. A rebuild you do not need is a worse outcome for both of us than the smaller job that actually brings in customers.
Numbers that mean something
Calls, forms and booked jobs, and what each one cost. Not impressions and reach. If a number cannot be traced back to something real, it does not go in a report.
English or Spanish with you. And with your customers.
Many of the service businesses we work with are run by Spanish speakers, and the marketing industry has served them badly. They get a translated page and an account manager who cannot answer a question on the phone.
You deal with us in whichever language you prefer. Your ads, website and follow-up get written for whoever your customers are, in their language, by someone who speaks it. Not run through a translator afterwards.
