More driveways, patios and walls on your concrete crew's schedule.
We bring in homeowners planning real projects, screen out the tiny patch jobs, and help you book the season before the ground warms up.
You lose big jobs to the contractor who looked more established online, not the one who does better work.
Concrete and masonry get judged on how they look the day you finish and how they hold up years later. Homeowners know that, and it makes them nervous. They have seen driveways crack and patios sink, and they know this is work that does not get redone easily. So before they let anyone tear out their driveway, they look for every sign that you are the real thing.
What they find usually undersells you. A Facebook page with a few photos. A Google profile with a handful of reviews. No website, or one that lists every service anyone ever asked about. Next to a competitor with a full gallery of stamped patios and stone walls, you look like the risk, even when your work is better.
The requests that do come in are all over the place. Someone wants a crack patched. Someone needs one step fixed. Someone wants a price on a patio they will not build for two years. You spend evenings driving out to look at small jobs while the big pours go to whoever answered first.
And the calendar works against you. In much of the country, pouring slows or stops once it freezes, so the good months get packed and everyone wants their job done at the same time. If you are not booking those months over the winter, you spend the spring chasing work and the fall wishing you had more of it.
How homeowners hire for concrete and masonry
They search by project: "concrete driveway," "stamped concrete patio," "retaining wall," "chimney repair," "brick repointing." Photos decide a lot. People want to see work like the job they are picturing, on homes like theirs, and they look closely at the finish and the edges.
They also want reassurance about what they cannot see: the base, the reinforcement, the drainage, how long before they can drive on it. The contractor who explains that plainly, on the website and in person, comes across as the one who will not cut corners.
The two kinds of customers behave differently. Bigger hardscape projects are often planned months ahead, alongside landscaping or after buying a home. Repairs, like a crumbling chimney or a step somebody tripped on, are more urgent and more price sensitive.
What we run for concrete and masonry contractors
A project gallery that does the selling
Pages for driveways, patios, walls and masonry repair, each with photos of your own work and a plain explanation of how you build it to last.
Show up for the project, not just the trade
Services on your Google profile and pages on your site for each kind of work you want, in the towns you actually drive to, so you appear when someone searches the job they have in mind.
Facebook and Instagram ads for the planned projects
Finished patios, driveways and stone work shown to homeowners in your area during the months they are planning, so you are booked before the season starts.
Google Search aimed at the jobs that pay
There is no Local Services Ads category for concrete or masonry, so Search ads carry the ready-to-hire searches. We build them around the projects you want and keep them off the small repair searches you do not.
Screening before you drive out
Every request gets an instant reply asking for photos, rough size and timing, so you can price small jobs from a picture and save site visits for real projects.
Book the season over the winter
Past customers and homeowners who asked last year hear from you in late winter, before the first warm week sends everyone looking at once.

What to watch in concrete and masonry
Google's Local Services Ads list for the US has no concrete or masonry category, which catches a lot of contractors off guard when they try to sign up. Signing up under something nearby, like foundations, means paying for leads on work you may not do. Search ads and a strong Google profile are the reliable route for this trade. On Meta, ads for work on people's homes can fall under the housing category, which removes age targeting and requires locations to cover at least a 15 mile radius, so the photos and the wording have to pick out the right homeowner.
The biggest lead trap is size. This trade attracts a steady stream of small repair requests and price checks. Unless your ads, pages and first reply make clear which projects you take, you pay for calls you end up turning down. Distance is the other one: people will call about a patio an hour away, so your service area has to be set tightly on your Google profile and in your ads.
