More roof replacements signed, in the neighborhoods you want.
Ads, Google Maps, a website homeowners trust and follow-up on every estimate, so the jobs you inspect are the jobs you sign.
You do not lose roofing jobs on the roof. You lose them in the week after the estimate.
A roof replacement is one of the biggest checks a homeowner ever writes on their house. They are not going to sign with the first roofer who shows up. They get two, three, sometimes four estimates, they talk it over, and they wait until it feels right. You climb up, measure, take photos, write a solid quote, and then the homeowner goes quiet. If nobody from your company checks in, answers the questions they were too polite to ask and reminds them why you, the job goes to whoever stayed in touch.
After a big hail or wind storm it gets harder, not easier. Out of town crews and door knockers are in every neighborhood within days, all promising a free inspection. Homeowners get flooded with flyers and knocks and start assuming everybody is a storm chaser. The local roofer who has been there for years looks exactly like the truck that will be gone next month, unless the Google profile, the reviews and the website make the difference obvious in the first ten seconds.
Then there are very different customers who all search roofer near me. One has a leak in the ceiling and needs someone today. Another has an insurance claim after a storm and needs help understanding what happens next. A third has a twenty year old roof, is selling the house or just wants it done, and is paying out of pocket. Most roofing marketing talks to all of them the same way, so the ads bring in a mix of small repairs, tire kickers asking for free inspections and people outside the area, and the real replacement buyers never feel like the page was about them.
The quiet months hurt too. When the weather turns cold or the storms stop, the phone slows down and the crews still need work. The list of past customers, neighbors who watched your crew tear off a roof down the street and estimates that never closed is exactly where next season's jobs are, and it almost always sits untouched.
And if you have bought roofing leads from the big lead sites, you already know the math. The same homeowner gets sold to several roofers, and you are one of several trucks in the driveway.
How homeowners choose a roofer
A leak is an urgent search. The homeowner calls whoever shows up on the map with strong reviews and can come look today, and a fast repair done right is often how a replacement job starts.
A replacement is a trust decision. People look for a local address, years of reviews from their own area, photos of real finished roofs, and signs that you will still be around when the warranty matters. They compare materials, warranties and financing, and they want to know what the day of the install looks like for their yard, their driveway and their kids. After a storm, insurance customers want someone who can explain the process calmly without making promises that sound too good.
Neighbors matter more in roofing than almost any trade. A finished roof is visible from the street, and the houses around it are the likeliest next customers, especially after the same storm hit all of them.
What we run for roofing contractors
Replacement buyers, not free inspection hunters
Google Search for replacement and repair searches in the areas you want to work, and Facebook and Instagram ads built around your real finished roofs, with forms that ask about the roof and the timeline so the office knows who is serious.
Ready when a storm comes through
Campaigns prepared ahead of time and switched on for the neighborhoods a storm actually hit, so you show up as the local roofer while the out of town crews are still arriving.
The local roofer on the map
Your Google Business Profile, a steady flow of reviews that name the town and the job, and pages for roof replacement, repairs, storm damage and the areas you serve.
A website that makes you the safe choice
Your real crews and finished roofs, license and insurance shown plainly, what the install day looks like, how financing and warranties work with you, and a clear way to request an estimate.
Estimates that do not go cold
Every estimate gets followed up automatically with texts and emails over the following days and weeks, and the ones that still said not yet get a check-in before the next season.
Every finished roof brings the next one
A review request as soon as the job wraps, plus reach outs to your past customers and old estimates when the slow season comes, so the quiet months still have work in them.

What to watch out for in roofing marketing
Roofers can run Google Local Services Ads after Google's screening, which checks state level licensing and liability insurance and, for some businesses, runs background checks on the business and the owner. You pay per lead, and Google no longer credits leads outside your service area or for job types you do not do, so if you do not want small repair calls from two counties over, the settings have to say so. On Facebook and Instagram, an ad built around a financing offer can fall under Meta's financial products and services category, which removes age, gender and zip code targeting and requires a wider radius.
Storm work is where roofers get into trouble. Ads that promise a free roof or suggest insurance will cover everything attract the wrong customers and invite complaints, and every state sets its own rules for what a contractor may do in an insurance claim. We write storm ads that stay honest and inside what your state allows, and we keep your spend on your own service area instead of chasing every storm on the radar.
What owners ask us.
Do Facebook ads work for roofing, or is it all Google?
Can you get me more retail replacements and not just insurance jobs?
Why am I getting so many small repair calls from my ads?
How much does it cost?
