This Privacy Policy describes how Arquilla Solutions LLC ("Arquilla Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, fill out a form, book a call, communicate with us, or use our services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide. When you fill out a contact or booking form, request a quote, send us an email, send an SMS, or sign up for the Services, you provide information such as your name, business name, role, phone number, email address, mailing address, website URL, industry, service area, marketing goals, and any message content. If you become a client, you also provide billing details processed by our payment processor.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP, and interaction data via cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies.
• Information from third parties. We may receive information from advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta), analytics providers, business-data providers, and from publicly available sources, including your Google Business Profile.
• Client account data. If you become a client, we process the data you upload to or generate within our systems, which may include your customers' names, phone numbers, email addresses, service histories, review responses, and message content. As to that data, we act as a service provider / processor on your behalf.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, financial account numbers beyond what payment processors require, health, or biometric data), and we ask that you not submit it to us.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide the Services you request;
• Set up, maintain, and operate your account and the marketing systems we build for you;
• Process payments, invoices, and renewals;
• Send transactional communications about your account, scheduled calls, and Services;
• Send marketing communications about our Services (which you may opt out of at any time);
• Operate, secure, debug, analyze, and improve the website and the Services;
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. Legal Bases (EEA / UK Users)

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process personal information based on (a) your consent (which you may withdraw); (b) the performance of a contract with you; (c) compliance with a legal obligation; or (d) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our Services, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.

5. SMS, Calls, and Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional and marketing communications from us, including by SMS, MMS, telephone, and automated dialing technology, at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS, by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails, or by emailing us at hello@arquillasolutions.com; transactional and account-related messages may continue. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Mobile information sharing. No mobile information you provide to us, and specifically no mobile opt-in or phone-number-collection consent data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited to subcontracted service providers that support the Services (such as our messaging platform), and only as needed to deliver the Services.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember your preferences, measure performance, and (where permitted) deliver advertising. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some features may not function properly. We may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and similar tools; you can learn about and control these tools through their settings (e.g., Google Ads Settings, Your Online Choices, Network Advertising Initiative). We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, but we honor opt-outs as required by applicable law (including the Global Privacy Control where required).

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below:

• Service providers. With vendors that help us operate the Services, such as LeadConnector / HighLevel (CRM, SMS, email, booking, automation), hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics providers, payment processors, email senders, and customer-support tools. These providers are contractually limited to using the information for the purposes we authorize.
• Advertising platforms. Aggregated, hashed, or device-level information may be shared with advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta) so we can measure and improve advertising. Some of these activities may be considered "sharing" or "sale" under California or other state laws; you may opt out as described in Section 11.
• Legal and safety. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms; to detect or prevent fraud, security, or technical issues; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Arquilla Solutions, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
• With your direction. When you direct us to share information, including in connection with the Services we provide on your behalf.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we will delete or anonymize it, subject to backups and legal-hold requirements.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

10. International Transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries that may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you consent to those transfers.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know, access, correct, delete, port, restrict processing, or object to certain processing, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or targeted advertising. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf, subject to verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

California residents. Under the CCPA/CPRA, you may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purpose for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we have shared or disclosed it; you may also request deletion or correction; and you may opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and limit the use of any sensitive personal information. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. To opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, email hello@arquillasolutions.com with the subject line "California Opt-Out."

Other U.S. state residents. If you reside in a state with a comprehensive privacy law (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and others), you may have similar rights. Contact us at the email above to exercise them.

Your role for client-account data. If you are a customer of one of our clients, the client is the controller of the data we process on their behalf, and you should direct privacy requests to that client; we will support the client in fulfilling such requests.

12. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

13. Third-Party Links and Platforms

The website may contain links to third-party websites and platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Material changes will be communicated by email or by prominent notice on the website where reasonable.
